Kristi is an accomplished global HR executive with over 25 years of experience leading business initiatives across diverse industries operating in multiple countries for Fortune 500™ companies.
Prior to starting Anchor Executive Coaching & Consulting LLC, Kristi served as Executive Vice President of Talent Acquisition for a financial services firm, and Vice President of Global Human Resources for a Fortune 50 healthcare company.
Kristi believes that high performing organizations transform through the coaching and development of leaders. She excels at integrating business strategy with organizational change. She brings both methodologies and coaching expertise to organizations from a position of doing. She's been there. Kristi has served on the frontline with business partners and worked in the C-suite. Her conclusion, from experience, is that LEADERSHIP and how it shows up in organizations is the key to change, transformation, and success.
